I spent an incredible weekend with some great friends just north of Santa Barbara. There were hills to roam, animals to befriend and lots of wine to drink. OK, in my case it was beer but you get the picture. It was pretty close to heaven on earth.

I really love that horse shot--it takes me back. When I was a kid, my dad bought me a horse. I always figured it was more interesting to comb and look at than to ride :)

My BSM this week involved a kind of beginners' luck (by my own definition of the term, anyways :) ).
I visited the Santa Barbra wine area a few years ago...spectacular! Cool shot!
