As I was putting my youngest daughter down for the night and we were laying in her bed chatting about the day, she sweetly put her hands on my face and gazed at me. With a big sigh, she sleepily exhaled, "I love you even though you are my mom."

This is absolutely precious!
I think that the thing I love most about kids is how honest they are. As my kids grow older, and start being more cautious and diplomatic, I often miss those days of complete truthfulness.
